> Decideria is an AI platform that runs structured multi-agent panel discussions. Users assemble a panel of AI expert roles, define a topic, and the agents debate it from their distinct perspectives — producing an executive report with action items. Think of it as an AI advisory board you can spin up in minutes.

## What it does

- **Multi-agent debate**: 2–6 AI agents each hold a defined expert role (CEO, CFO, CTO, Devil's Advocate, Strategist, Legal, Market Analyst, etc.). They speak sequentially, react to each other by name, challenge assumptions, and build on each other's arguments.
- **Executive report**: Every session produces a structured report covering key insights, points of agreement, contested assumptions, identified risks, and recommended next steps.
- **Action items**: Tasks are extracted automatically from the debate, categorised by type and prioritised by urgency.
- **PDF export**: Session reports are exportable as formatted PDFs.
- **Panel templates**: 5 preset templates (Startup Pitch Review, Product Spec Review, Go-to-Market Strategy, Technical Architecture, Hire/No-Hire) plus fully custom panels.
- **Real-time streaming**: Agent responses stream live so users can follow the debate as it unfolds.
