Decideria is operated by Zigital Automations, based in New South Wales, Australia. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Zigital Automations.

• Account information: your name, email address, and optionally a Google profile picture when you sign up via Google OAuth.
• Session content: the topics and discussion content you create during sessions, stored to allow you to review past sessions.
• Usage data: session counts, credit balance, and timestamps — used to operate the credit system.
• Payment data: if you purchase credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details.

• To provide and operate the Decideria service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts).
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your session content to train AI models.

• Anthropic: session discussions are processed via the Anthropic API. Content is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Google OAuth: if you sign in with Google, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: payment processing, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.

We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your authentication token on your device. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
