Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Decideria, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Decideria provides AI-powered multi-agent panel discussion sessions. Sessions are generated using large language models via the Anthropic API. Output is AI-generated and should be treated as a starting point for analysis, not professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or use it for commercial resale of the service.
• You must not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• New accounts receive 1 free session credit on registration.
• Additional credits are purchased as non-refundable packs unless required by applicable consumer law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

You retain ownership of the topics and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to deliver the service. We do not use your session content to train AI models.

The Decideria platform, codebase, and brand are owned by Zigital Automations. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated session output.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
